| My name is
Yvette, and I am the operator of Tenuta
Collicello. My family is Italian, but I was born and raised
in Brussels (Belgium).
My family comes from the
town of Foligno, about 35 km (22 miles) from San Biagio
della Valle, also in Umbria. I
speak French, English, and Italian fluently, and can still
speak a little Flemish, Spanish, and some German.
Craig, my husband,
joins me in operating the Tenuta. Craig has family
roots in Germany, Scotland, and North America, and has a
career in the oil business behind him. Craig is in
charge of the "hard- and software" at the
Tenuta: breakfast, the bar, the garden and the pool, maintenance,
and the computer stuff. He speaks English and
German, with smatterings of Italian (it's improving with
exposure), French, Dutch, and Spanish.
