The
best option for arrival by rail is Perugia. There are no fast
trains to Perugia, but there are a numer of connections via Rome, Florence,
and Bologna

If
you don't want to rent a car, we
can arrange for ground transportation to pick you up at and return
you to your choice of airports in Rome, Florence, or Perugia (RyanAir to London or Alitalia connections via Milano or Rome). The same is true
if you prefer to travel by rail and don't want to take the "local"
train to Perugia. Various size vehicles are available, so please make
sure you let us know how many people and how much luggage. In an emergency,
we can pick you up at or deliver you to the Perugia airport or rail
station.
The
same transportation company is available for hourly or day hire for visits
to anywhere within reach, and for tours to anywhere within Italy. The
company is reliable and its vehicles are new and safe. Its offices are
located just across the street from our shop in Marsciano.
